Our company produces mud valves in two sealing forms: hard seal and soft seal.
1、 Structural characteristics of hard sealed mud valve:
1. The sealing surface of the valve plate and valve seat is sprayed with hard alloy, which has a long service life.
2. Adopting a clear stem structure allows operators to easily understand whether the valve is open or closed.
3. The valve stem packing can be replaced without removing the valve cover.
4. During on-site repairs, the valve cover can be easily removed to inspect internal components, and parts can be replaced without removing the valve from the pipeline.
2、 Structural characteristics of soft sealed mud valve:
1. The mud valve produced by our company is a standardized product designed and produced to match the DEMCO mud valve of Csmeron Company in the United States.
2. Strong on-site repair capability
The valve cover can be easily removed to inspect internal components, and parts can be replaced without removing the valve from the pipeline; The design is simple, which allows for quick and convenient service without the need for specialized tools.
3. Floating flat plate design
The flat plate connected to the T-shaped groove valve stem allows the gate to float towards the valve seat, and the valve seat can be tightly pressure sealed.
