Single flow valve
Single flow valves rely on the pressure of the medium to achieve sealing between the valve core and valve body. The higher the medium pressure, the better the sealing performance. The valve chamber can withstand pipeline pressure at any time.
This valve body is made of alloy steel forgings and has strong mechanical properties. It can withstand high pressure and has safe and reliable performance.
The valve cover and valve body are connected by bolts, and the sealing element is the sealing ring on the valve cover that seals against the inner wall of the valve body, ensuring reliable sealing performance. It makes the assembly gap between the valve cover and valve body very small (designed to be 0), thereby reducing the corrosion of bolts and screw holes by corrosive media and reducing the load on bolts.
The valve core and valve body sealing surface are welded with hard alloy to provide good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The valve core material is made of sulfur resistant steel, and other parts are limited in hardness. Therefore, the valve can be used in environments containing H ₂ S.
